Daniel Williams, Executive Director

Daniel Williams

Dr. Daniel Williams serves as the Executive Director of the Israel Allies Foundation (IAF). Daniel has consulted and worked with the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus and the IAF in a variety of roles, having served as Organizational Coach (2006-2011), Chief Strategy Officer (2012-2014) and National Director of the Jerusalem Call (2014-present). In July 2016, he assumed his role as Executive Director.

Daniel is an entrepreneurial executive with 42 years of non-profit work in over 80 nations. He is founder and served as President/CEO of GO TO NATIONS (currently operating in 95 nations) from 1981-2000. In addition to his international work, Daniel planted and pastored several churches in the U.S. and served as Chairman of the Board of Teen Mania Ministries from 1997-2011.

Dr. Williams has worked with representatives of the Israeli government, congressional leaders, parliamentarians and faith leaders from around the world in support of the State of Israel’s right to exist in peace within secure borders with Jerusalem as its undivided capital. In 2012, Dr. Williams was honored to receive the “Christian Ally of the Year” by the World Jewish Congress and the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus of the Israeli parliament.

Jordanna McMillan, Director of Outreach & Communications

Jordanna McMillan

Jordanna McMillan serves as the Director of Outreach & Communications at the IAF. She has worked with the IAF since it’s first international office opened in Washington, D.C. in 2011. From speaking at international pro-Israel conferences to hosting Congressional trips, Jordanna is passionate about educating men and women of faith and mobilizing them in support of Israel.

Prior to living in DC, Jordanna worked with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) in Charlotte, N.C.  At BGEA she assisted the Director of the International Ministries where she helped coordinate a nationwide outreach project in Malawi.  From 2007, Jordanna lived in Jerusalem for almost two years where she studied Modern Hebrew and Middle Eastern Studies at Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School. During that time she also worked at the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ). Serving as a Program Assistant in their Grafted department, Jordanna helped lead young adult Christians from all over the world on service project tours of Israel, where they were not only connected with the land of the Bible but educated to become advocates for the modern State of Israel. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.  Jordanna, her husband and son live in Maryland.

Leopoldo Martínez, Latin America Director

Leopoldo Martínez

Leopoldo Martínez serves as the Latin America Director for the Israel Allies Foundation based in Washington, DC. Currently, Leopoldo works with pro-Israel Parliamentarians and political leaders in Latin American and Caribbean countries. Prior to joining IAF, Leopoldo worked as a researcher, writer and editor for political and economic Latin American issues in various organizations in Washington DC. Leopoldo has a MBA from IESA Business School in Caracas and also received his Master’s degree from the Graduate School of Political Management from George Washington University. Prior to moving to DC, Leopoldo worked as a Research Assistant, researching draft laws on Venezuelan public policy as well as a Researcher and Editing Production Assistant for a Venezuela’s premier magazine of management, business and public policy.

Rosemary Staples, Jerusalem Call Events Director

Rosemary Staples

Rosemary Staples serves as The Jerusalem Call Events Director for the Israel Allies Foundation.  Rosemary spent 28 years as a telecommunications professional working for the largest global provider of telecommunications switching and call center technology.  She has managed multi-million dollar projects and is the recipient of numerous industry and sales awards. Upon her retirement from telecom, Rosemary was able to devote herself full time to non-profit work and re-invent herself professionally.

Rosemary served for 7 years as a church administrator and worked with the largest U.S. based grassroots national security organization dealing with the threat of radical Islam. She brings a unique set of skills when it comes to organizing events with churches and working with Pastors and their staff.

Raised in a Christian home and born into a musical family, Rosemary has served in church with her talents all of her life.  Rosemary is married and lives in Pensacola, FL.


András Pátkai, European Director

András Pátkai

András heads the European operations of the IAF, based in Brussels.  He has a strong background in international affairs, both in business and in political activities.  András holds an MA in English history, literature, and linguistics, along with a degree in education from ELTE University, Budapest, where he studied Hebrew, Jewish history, and culture at the Center of Jewish Studies of the same university.  After his study, Andras spent a year working and studying in Israel. As a certified real estate consultant and appraiser, and former CEO of a leading commercial television station, he is successfully involved as an entrepreneur in the security, energy, media, and real estate sectors in Central Eastern Europe, with a focus on startup business development and high-tech inventions.

Andras has also lived in several African countries, speaking a number of languages.  His extensive travels throughout Europe, Russia, the Americas, China, and Southeast Asia enable him to tap into resources and achieve goals on a global level.

For the last 20 years he has been actively engaged in fostering communication between European organizations and Christian communities on the one hand and the modern State of Israel on the other.  In 2009 Andras was introduced to the Israel Allies Foundation and the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus in Jerusalem by Pastor Sándor Németh of Faith Church, Hungary. Since then, his commitment to the cause of IAF and participation in activities from the European Parliament, through the Federal Assembly of Russia, to the Israeli Knesset, has developed into a more comprehensive and focused framework.

Andras is married and has six children.
